ACLU files lawsuit against DHS and ICE to stop transfers of detainees

The ACLU has filed a federal lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security and ICE to stop transfers of detainees held in two jails in Orange County, California. This, after the Orange County Sheriff’s Department announced it would no longer house migrants on behalf of the federal government.
