LULAC calls on Hispanic women to stop enlisting in the military

The disappearance of Vanessa Guillen led many of her fellow soldiers to report that they had also been harassed by their superiors. Civil rights organization LULAC is now calling on Latinas not to enlist in the armed forces until they know they will be in a safe place.
